Prosciutto & Parmesan Crostinis

Servings: 6 small crostinis



  1. Begin by preheating the broiler in your oven.
  2. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and broil for about a minute, or until lightly toasted. Slice the garlic clove and rub each slice of baguette with a cut side of garlic.
  3. Top the toasted slices with the cheese, dividing evenly.
  4. Broil for an additional minute or two, or until the cheese melts.
  5. Divide the prosciutto evenly, and use it to top each crostini. Sprinkle with just a pinch of freshly ground black pepper.
  6. Serve and enjoy! :)
