Light Maple & Pumpkin Spice Latte

  1. Start by brewing your espresso or coffee.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine all of the ingredients (except for the whipped cream, obviously. :P ). Heat over medium and stir constantly until the pumpkin puree is incorporated and heated through to the desired temperature.
  3. If you want an iced latte, just let this mixture cool and chill it in the fridge for about an hour. Serve over ice. Either way, top with whipped cream. As always enjoy!
