Cranberry Relish

  1. Begin by heating the water and sugar over medium-low in a 4-quart-ish saucepan.
  2. Add the chopped cranberries. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Add the Jell-O. Stir, and remove from heat.
  4. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Pour into a serving dish and chill for 2 hours before serving.
